JB Hi-Fi Business Sign-On Discount Coupon Terms and Conditions 

  1. Introduction  

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract between JB Hi-Fi Group Pty Ltd trading as JB Hi-Fi Business (ABN 37 093 114 286) (“JB Hi-Fi”/“we”) and “you” in relation to the JB Hi-Fi Business account sign-on discount coupon promotion “the Offer”. 

By signing up to a JB Hi-Fi Business account and receiving the Offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. 

  1. Acknowledgment 

By accepting the Offer, you acknowledge and agree that: 

  1. a condition of the Offer is that you must create a JB Hi-Fi Business account;  

  1. that you hold an Australian Business Number;  

  1. you are subscribing to JB Hi-Fi Business marketing communications from JB Hi-Fi for JB Hi-Fi to promote and market products, services or special offers to you in relation to JB Hi-Fi through methods such as email, SMS and social media platforms. If you subsequently unsubscribe from marketing communications, we will be unable to send you the details of the Offer; and 

  1. JB Hi-Fi may refuse to offer you a JB Hi-Fi Business account in its absolute discretion based on its eligibility criteria.   

  1. The Offer  

The following terms and conditions apply to the Offer:  

  1. upon signing up for a JB Hi-Fi Business account, you will receive a coupon that entitled you to 10% off the items in your cart for your first purchase using your JB Hi-Fi Business account; 

  1. the Offer will not apply to the excluded products (as set out in clause 4), which will be charged at the listed price and not subject to the 10% discount;  

  1. the coupon is valid for a one-time use only and cannot be reused or redeemed more than once;  

  1. your coupon is non-transferable;  

  1. the Offer applies to the current ticketed price of relevant products as offered to you on the website. As prices change regularly, customer account terms differ and we negotiate on price, some products are likely to have been sold below the current price prior to this Offer. Prices may change after the Offer ends. 

  1. if you cancel your JB Hi-Fi Business account and subsequently rejoin, you will not be eligible to receive a new coupon. The coupon is available only to new JB Hi-Fi Business account holders and cannot be reissued or reinstated upon reapplying for an account; 

  1. if you establish an account for a related body corporate of your company or business (for example, another company owned by your business), you will not be eligible to redeem the offer for that related body corporate;  

  1. the Offer is not available to existing holders of JB Hi-Fi Business accounts;  

  1. the coupon is valid for 14 days from the date JB Hi-Fi sends you the email containing the coupon;  

  1. the Offer will be sent to the email account used to register the JB Hi-Fi Business account;  

  1. the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion; 

  1. the Offer is not applicable to, and cannot be used with, the JB Hi-Fi Retail business or any other website or program operated by JB Hi-Fi Business or JB Hi-Fi Education;  

  1. the Offer is available on the JB Business website only and is not redeemable via an account manager; and 

  1. the Offer is subject to you meeting the eligibility criteria for holding a JB Hi-Fi Business account.  

 

  1. Excluded Products 

The following products are excluded from the Offer and are not eligible for purchase at 10% off the listed price: 

  1. Apple Laptops, Apple Desktops, Apple Tablets, and Apple Mobile Phones; 

  1. Products listed as “pre-order”; and 

  1. Delivery Fees.  

 

  1. Offer Term and Termination  

The Offer is valid until 31 December 2024, unless varied by JB Hi-Fi in its absolute discretion.  

JB Hi-Fi may terminate or extend the Offer at any time in its absolute discretion.  

JB Hi-Fi will automatically terminate the Offer if you: 

  1. delete your email address and/or phone number from your JB Hi-Fi Business account; 

  1. delete your JB Hi-Fi Business account;  

  1. unsubscribe from JB Hi-Fi Business marketing communications; or  

  1. are in material breach of these terms and conditions.  

Unless you are in material breach of these terms and conditions, any coupon that you have received as part of the Offer may be redeemed by you up to the date on which the benefit, offer or coupon is expressed to expire, even if we vary or terminate the Offer before that date. 

  1. Privacy and Marketing 

By signing up to a JB Hi-Fi Business account you consent to subscribe to JB Hi-Fi Business marketing communications from JB Hi-Fi and to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in the JB Hi-Fi Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time). 

You can unsubscribe from JB Hi-Fi Business marketing communications from JB Hi-Fi at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the relevant communication e.g. by clicking on the unsubscribe link in an email from us. You can also unsubscribe from marketing communications on the JB Hi-Fi Business website.  

  1. Our Liability to You 

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy or other obligation implied by any law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.  Except to the extent required by law or as set out in these terms and conditions, JB Hi-Fi makes no representations or warranties of any kind as to the operation, availability, or form of JB Hi-Fi offers, coupons or discounts (including the Offer).
