How do I build a template for the list of products that I tend to buy frequently? Templates are fantastic for creating lists and sharing them with others on your Customer Number. To get started: Add items to your shopping cart From the cart page select the ‘save as template’ button Once you click ‘save as template,’ you may assign a name for your template If you want to share your list with other website users, select the ‘Save As Company Template’ option when you are creating your list and all other users on your customer number will be able to view your list have access to purchase from your shared list, without the concern of anyone editing your list(s)

How does the order import feature work? Order Import is a great tool if you like to manage your own list of products external to the website. You may copy/paste the items into the notepad in the required format (SKU, Quantity) or upload a csv file in the same format.
I have multiple staff using my login, and we are all updating the same order, how do I fix this? For our new website, lost shopping carts are a thing of the past! You can logout and come back later to finish your order at a time convenient to you.As a result, it is not possible to share your email address with multiple users, as you will all be adding products to the one shopping cart.
