The industrial design for the Surface Mouse was inspired by the incredibly successful Designer Bluetooth Mouse. but its form and the materials used have been upgraded to put it on par with Surface quality. The top case has been meticulously color-matched to the Surface silver. It also has a higher curve to better fit the shape of your hand. keeping you comfortable as you work. Attention was paid to every detail of its metal scroll wheel. with 24 detents for precise scrolling. and pressure-optimized left and right click planes. Keeping in mind the smallest details. to the point of having carefully crafted sound for clicks and scrolling – quiet but distinct enough to hear your control.
