Opportunity for Improvement

JB Hi-Fi Business was engaged by Telstra, on behalf of Allison Monkhouse, to conduct an Information Communication Technology (ICT) audit.

This ICT Audit provided a health and capability evaluation of the technology environment within the organisation and was the basis for an IT strategy. This strategy was used to address the critical IT issues and concerns and will be used to assist future decision making around technology enablement.
